A great many thanks to all our customers who have supported us through Lockdown V2. The moral and financial support of your take-away coffees and diners has been invaluable.

We reopen Thursday 3rd December, our usual opening hours are 9am till 5 pm, everyday. Sit down, table service only, meals. We're fully licenced.

Can't wait to see you all again very soon.

Holloways: Roads Tunnelled Into the Earth by Time

Holloways, are centuries-old thoroughfares worn down by the traffic of time. "Holloway” is derived from “hola weg,” meaning sunken road in Old English. Most are thought to go back to Roman times and the Iron Age, although in the Middle East some are believed to stretch back to ancient Mesopotamia.
