To start

Stuffed Vine Leaves (v)
Vine leaves stuffed with rice and vegetables, baked in a seasoned tomato sauce

Mirza Ghasemi (v)
Smoked aubergine cooked with tomatoes, egg, chilli, garlic and pomegranate molasses

Ash-o-Reshte (v)
The most traditional broth with coriander, spinach, parsley and mixed beans and Persian noodles

Gormeh Sabzi with Lamb
Marinated lamb pieces cooked until tender with a fried vegetable purée, an assortment of beans and dry limes

Fesen Joon
Chicken breast pieces in a sauce cooked with ground walnuts and pomegranate molasses

Koreshte Bamieh (v)
Aubergine, okra, onion, tomatoes and peppers cooked with chilli, garlic, dry lime and pomegranate molasses

Saffron Rice with pomegranate seeds

White rice with dill and cut green beans

Persian Mixed Salad (v)
