There's nothing quite like homemade pasta - silky yet springy texture and rich buttery flavour. So much nicer than shop bought pasta. But it can be a challenge to make.
In this master class, Sophie will teach how to make the right dough, and the ingredients to add for extra flavour and colour. You'll learn the techniques to make perfectly formed tagliatelle and lasagne, and then practice making your own pasta to take home and cook for dinner.
