Pasta making workshop

 

There is nothing quite like the taste of homemade pasta - silky yet springy texture and rich buttery flavour. So much nicer than bought pasta. But it can be quite a challenge to make.

In this master class, Sophie will teach how to make the right dough and the ingredients to add for extra flavour and colour. Then you will learn the techniques to make perfectly formed tagliatelle and lasagne. You'll then to practice making your own pasta to take home and cook for dinner.
